If you run dangerously or disturb the pace of the overall practice, we may refuse your participation.

Disrupting the pace of practice means attacking from the middle of the group or running complacently.

During practice, I may give instructions in a loud voice because my voice cannot reach you.

I think it may sound intimidating, but please understand that it is safety assurance and driving guidance.

For example, when overtaking, you say “I will overtake you”, or when you are staggering, you say “Rotate!”. When it's too far to the left, it's like, "Open left!"
